They’re Back!

Friday, November 9th, 2007 (etc, Announcements with 1 Comment)

It was recently brought to my attention that Jake Smith is blogging again. KT Marie and Travis Henry have been back at it for some time now too. As of last night SmartHomeschool and Politically InCorrect merged to become Thoughts and Letters. Don’t worry, this blog will continue to be updated as well.

Another place to check out would be HucksArmy.com I believe David Boscovic is responsible for getting that thing off the ground and running.

On a completely random note in response to questions on the previous post: Agent Tim is neither of the people in the second picture. I don’t have the picture of our meet up posted.
That about sums it up for the news of this part of the blogosphere, be sure to check these places out!

Annnouncements And Other Sundry

seasons

After a week of campaigning and about killing myself, I came to the conclusion that I need to take a break from the grassroots work and return to the realm of ideas and writing.

Over the last few months, God has been teaching me a lot about seasons and changing. A year ago, I would have been happy campaigning for a living; now, that’s changed. I’m being sent out of the grassroots and back to the blogosphere and I’m happy with that.

I’ve been asked quite a few times over the last few weeks, which Presidential candidate I support for the Republican Nomination. After the Washington Briefing I’ve come to the conclusion that Tancredo is an amazing candidate, however, he doesn’t have the name recognition to make it out of primaries. Mike Huckabee on the other hand is about the same on the issues I care about and has a bit more of a chance. So right now, I’m supporting Huckabee and Tancredo.

While I was at the Washington Briefing I met up with fellow blogger Tim Sweetman of Agent Tim Online. During TeenPact’s Back To DC I was ordered to run for President for The Leadership Institute’s “Race To The White House” and won by a nice margin.

Earlier this week I traveled to Virginia again to campaign for Jeff Frederick and meet up with Alex. I left early due to my uncle’s death in Florida. My grandparents are having a hard time with it, so your prayers for peace in my family this week would be greatly appreciated. The Funeral is Wednesday afternoon.

Lastly, I happened upon a verse that really blessed me this week:

Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
